  • Minimum Commitment:Membership requires a minimum commitment of 3 months.

    Gift a friend; The "Gift a Friend" facial benefit is available for unused monthly treatments and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit. It is intended for a one-time use by a friend or family member and does not grant them access to other membership benefits like retail or additional treatment discounts.

    Non-Transferable; Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.

    Treatment Redemption: Monthly facial treatments are valid for the month they are issued and cannot be rolled over or transferred to subsequent months. Unused treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    Discount Policy; Membership discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other clinic promotions or special offers.

    Upgrade Limitations: Upgrading your membership tier allows you to access the upgraded treatment for that month only. It does not entitle you to the additional benefits associated with the higher tiers (e.g., additional free facials, increased discounts).

    Pausing Membership; You may choose to pause your membership for a set duration of 1 month or 3 months. During this paused period, you will not be charged any membership fees and your access to membership benefits will be suspended. To pause your membership, you must submit a written request via email to info@hilltopbeautysalon.com at least 7 days before the start of your next billing cycle. Please note You can only pause your membership after fulfilling the minimum commitment period of 3 months. Memberships can be paused for a maximum of 2 times per year.

    Changes to Terms & Conditions; We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes via email.

    Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email) at least 30 days before the end of your current membership term. You will be responsible for all charges incurred until the cancellation takes effect.
