Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to the team here at Hilltop. Your slot is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

Gift Vouchers are available for all occasions.

Refunds

For clients who choose to prepay for a series of treatments, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. This means you'll have two weeks from your purchase date to reconsider. If you decide the course isn't right for you within that timeframe, we'll be happy to issue a refund, minus the cost of any treatments you've already received and any discounts applied to the package price. Refunds for individual services not purchased in a package are handled on a case-by-case basis and require management approval.
